Mala Limousine Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Limousines.ae. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By making a booking, using our site, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• Company / We / Us refers to Limousines.ae.

• Customer / You refers to the person booking or using limousine services.

• Service(s) means all transportation and related services provided by Limousines.ae including but not limited to limousine rentals, airport transfers, corporate / event transfers, special occasion chauffeur services.

• Booking means reservation of a limo service made through our website, by phone, or via authorized partners.

2. Booking, Payment & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after full payment or deposit (as specified) has been received.

• Payment methods accepted will be those listed at time of booking (credit-card, bank transfer, etc.).

• Prices quoted include standard driver service, fuel, tolls, standard insurance, and taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

• You may modify or cancel a booking if you inform us at least [24-48] hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes or cancellations made less than this period may incur fees.

• Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking after deduction of any non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee.

• No-show by the Customer without notifying us in advance may result in full charge of the booked service.

4. Obligations of the Customer

• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking, including pickup/drop-off location, time, number of passengers, flight numbers (if applicable), and any special requests.

• You must be present at the pickup location at the agreed time. Delays caused by late arrival may lead to additional waiting charges.

• You, and any passengers in your party, must comply with the Company’s rules of conduct (e.g. no smoking in the vehicle, respect for chauffeur).

• You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your party to the vehicle beyond reasonable wear and tear.

5. Service Limitations, Liability & Insurance

• We do our best to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, but we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical failures, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

• Vehicles are insured as per UAE regulatory requirements. However, the Company is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.

• Any liability is limited to the cost of the booked service, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

6. Vehicle Substitution & Quality

• If the requested vehicle type is unavailable, we may provide a similar vehicle (in terms of class / comfort).

• All vehicles are subject to regular maintenance, safety checks, and cleanliness standards.

• Chauffeurs are professional, licensed, and trained.

7. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

• A grace period is included in each booking; waiting time beyond that period will be charged at agreed hourly / per‐minute rate.

• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, special requests, decorations, extra stops, or extended time outside of the booked service.

• Surcharges may apply for late-night pickups / drop-offs or for service during special public holidays or peak times.

8. Special Events & Packages

• For weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions, special packages may have different deposit, cancellation, and service requirements.

• Decorations, red carpet, or custom requests must be clearly communicated in advance and may incur additional fees.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information. This data will be used to provide the service, process payments, and for internal administration.

• We respect your privacy and will handle data in compliance with local data protection laws.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on this website.

• Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If not resolved, parties agree to submit to the courts / arbitration in Dubai (or as specified).
