Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Limousines.ae. We strive to provide luxury transport services you can trust. This Refund & Returns Policy describes when and how you may be eligible for refunds or returns related to your booking(s). By booking any of our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Definitions

Booking: Any confirmed reservation for limousine/chauffeur services made via our website, by phone, or through authorized agents.

Customer / You: The person who makes the booking.

Service Date / Pick-Up Time: The scheduled date and time at which the service begins.

No-Show: When the Customer or designated passenger does not arrive at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time.
2. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking if you notify us 1 Day before the agreed pick-up time.

Cancellation made more than 12 hours prior to pick-up: full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit or cancellation charges).

Cancellation made between 12 and 24 hours prior to pick-up: partial refund (percentage of total fare, less any costs or fees).

Cancellation made less than 12 hours before pick-up: no refund (you may forfeit full amount).

No-shows: booking amount is non-refundable.
3. Refund Process

All refunds will be issued via the original method of payment wherever possible.

Please note: banks or payment providers may impose delays beyond our control.

Any transaction / payment processing fees, if not refundable, may be deducted from refund.
4. Cancellation by Limousines.ae / Service Unavailability
-
In rare cases, due to operational issues (e.g. vehicle breakdown, driver availability, force majeure, safety reasons), we may need to cancel a confirmed booking.

If we cancel, you will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
-
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible in such cases.
-
Alternatively, we may offer a comparable vehicle or service, if acceptable to you, at no additional cost.
5. Early Termination / Changes of Service

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g. change pick-up time, location, vehicle type), modifications must be requested at least [X hours/days] before the original pick-up time. Any such modifications are subject to availability.

If you return early or end the service before the agreed end time, no refund will generally be provided for the unused portion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Additional Charges & Non-Refundable Elements

Deposits (where required) may be non-refundable or only partially refundable depending on timing of cancellation.

Non-refundable fees may include: admin fee, service charge, pre-booking vehicle preparation, tolls, waiting times, special requests made in advance.

Cleaning fees, damage fees or charges for misuse of the vehicle are not refundable.
7. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be given in cases like:

Customer fails to show up (“no-show”).
-
Acts of misconduct, violation of terms (e.g. smoking in vehicle, damage).

Invalid booking details (e.g. wrong address, no contact).

Force majeure events beyond our control, if they prevent the service or cause delays.

8. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@limousines.ae or via the customer support section of the website.

Include the following in your request:

Your booking reference number.
-
Date & time of booking / service.

Reason for cancellation / request.
-
Any supporting documentation (if needed).

We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within [X business days] and inform you if your request is approved or rejected.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from or related to refunds shall be resolved via negotiation first; if unresolved, through the UAE legal system or arbitration, as appropriate.
10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”

Continued use of our services after policy updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
